When This Stay-At-Home Dad Isn’t Taking Care Of His Kids, He Does THIS. And It’s Awesome.
Finding something to be passionate about is so important for being happy in life. This stay-at-home dad loves the incredibly important job of raising his children, but he also knows it”s important to have a hobby. When he isn”t busy taking care of his family, this dad is practicing his unusual, but awesome, craft. He”s passionate about photographing water droplets. It sounds boring, but when you see the images… well, you”ll see.
Who knew water could be so beautiful?
The tiny droplets are perfect.
These droplets were caught in the web of a common cellar spider.
It was a beautiful backdrop.
The time lapse photos can be tricky…
Because he never knows when a child or cat is going to run by.
Knocking over tripods can happen, too.
But it”s all worth it, to get these spectacular shots.
How some of these images are even possible…
We have no idea.
Many of the droplet backgrounds are household items, like tshirts, towels, baskets and carpet.
He uses a Canon T1i camera to capture these stunning pictures.
This dad sells the images, too, to make some money on the side.
His most consistent customers?
Apple Inc. even approached him at one point.
They were interested in using his photography as pre-loaded wallpaper on their devices.
This is a one-of-a-kind hobby.
